These Coaching-seminars are for professionals working in a group context or facilitating groups, i.e., mental health professionals, teachers, employees in companies and organizations etc. The participants will become acquainted with , useful concepts and models about how groups and teams function as well as methods of constructive communication and conflict resolution.
Each seminar is based on short theoretical inputs, role plays, case supervision and experiential exercises.
Seminar topics: group dynamics, communication difficulties, constructive problem solving, in depth examination of complex cases etc.
The seminars take place on four weekends, one each month.

Requirement for participation:
Professional or voluntary occupation in a group context, so that each participant can bring two cases or questions for discussion during the seminars.
